    Cerinte

    - At least 5 years’ professional experience in employer branding/recruitment marketing activities for technology sector and technical roles (marketing agency or inhouse department)
    - A complete understanding and overview of technology sector and candidates’ characteristics
    - Hands-on experience in social media content creation and management in order to attract talents
    - Proven EB Strategy creation and talent market research experience
    - Senior stakeholder management skills
    - Excellent knowledge of online / digital marketing channels
    - Ability to deliver creative content
    - Excellent communication and copywriting skills
    - Solid project management skills and experience in coordinating projects implementation
    - Excellent presentation skills
    - Advanced knowledge of English (written & spoken)
    - Proactive attitude, flexibility, problem solving approach

    Responsabilitati

    - Responsible for creating and implementing Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing strategy for our technology divisions in order to reach the recruiting goals
    - Supporting recruitment efforts across multiple markets with integrated communications strategy, talent attraction activities that spans online and offline executions directed at both internal and external audiences
    - Streamlining the employer brand message and values across technology market
    - Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital and social media for technology audiences
    - Coordinating global and regional website content production across employer branding - - Define, implement and manage our social media strategy, in alignment with business goals
    - Design, lead and execute innovative social content campaigns to drive company awareness, PR coverage and social engagement
    - Planning and organizing corporate and public events to increase the brand's visibility among technical candidates (conferences, webinars)
    - Measuring and analyzing the results of every employer branding campaign and reporting all the results to the stakeholders
    - Monitoring the effectiveness of the advertising/ communication materials created
    - Developing creative ideas and concepts to promote the company’s technology roles
    - Organizing the marketing plan for specific career events to achieve business objectives
    - Working with recruitment and business to find new creative approaches to engage the technical candidate audiences
    - Provide talent market insights and recruitment marketing solutions for technical roles
    - Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns in conjunction with policies
    - Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employer branding communications strategy
    - Conduct market research and constantly identify new trends and touchpoints to challenge our current activities
