    ∙ Excellent command of English written and spoken;
    ∙ Experience with Web Applications, Application Management and Database structures (Microsoft SQL Server/ Oracle databases/ PostgreSQL);
    ∙ Knowledge in Linux/ UNIX system administration;
    ∙ Basic knowledge in IT-infrastructure, SW-architecture and networking;
    ∙ Fundamental knowledge in Application Lifecycle management, monitoring and reporting, documentation and presentation techniques;
    ∙ Excellent communication skills and a strong focus;
    ∙ Self-motivation and positive attitude.

    Previous experience in support of Telecoms systems and solutions;
    Knowledge/experience with Huawei Billing & CRM solution for Telco


    ∙ Incident management and safeguarding the stability of the application;
    ∙ Problem, change and release management tasks of Application Operations;
    ∙ Documentation, back-up and recovery management;
    ∙ Ensuring compliance of the production environment and support processes to the rules & regulations of the company;
    ∙ Business analysis related tasks;
    ∙ Employee skill development, mentorship and team planning;
    ∙ Innovation to optimize and improve the efficiency of support and applications;
    ∙ Optimal use of resources to increase the efficiency of service;
    ∙ Performance of special tasks assigned by senior management or business.
