    Essential skills:

    Hands-on experience in at least one of specified domains IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating models, Digital Lending solutions development/ implementation/management
    Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/solutions/systems
    Proven leadership qualities and experience in spearheading various client's engagement
    Project management and liaison skills/ Stakeholder management
    Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations
    Strong client relationship management capabilities
    Business Management (Post) Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization
    At-least 5-7 years of relevant work experience

    Good to Have:

    Prior experience in BFSI or Financial product or Consulting organizations
    Certifications such as FRM, CFA, PRM
    Experience of working in a Fintech or product based company


    As an implementation engineer, you will work with multiple teams to deliver solutions for Model Risk Management through intelligent automation of model monitoring, validation and reporting life cycle to improve model governance.
    The job would involve the following (but not restricted to):

    Advisory/ consulting for Credit risk solutions (IFRS9 and Basel)
    Risk Management systems/solutions
    Understanding client requirements, preparing the Business requirement document and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate product development
    Spearhead end to end Product implementation
    Project management of complete project cycle
    Responsible for managing the payment milestones and timely delivery of quality deliverables
    Ensuring smooth implementation of Risk frameworks & proprietary software
    Troubleshooting and coordination skills to ensure resolution of issues
