    Requirements

    The ideal candidate for this role will:

    - Be analytically driven, and enjoy deriving meaning, insight and action from complex data sets
    - Not shy away from spreadsheets / BI tools, and be experimental in the ways they work with data to drive the best insight
    - Be a story-teller, able to simplify the complex into compelling stories which will motivate the business into positive action to meet key talent and recruitment outcomes
    - Have a good concept of People Operating Models, and be logical in mindset, understand upstream and downstream impacts of different recruitment interventions
    - Be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and have the drive to positively impact diversity through robust data and analytics

    Responsibilities

    The role will be responsible for:

    - Defining a data and analytics strategy across the whole hiring experience, that surfaces key data and insights to action and enable the hiring strategy to be met
    - Drive organizational growth, through a laser focus on our growth engine hiring
    - Work with Senior Leaders across the People function to bring functional insights to HR Directors and Business Partners to support the functional talent strategies
    - Proactively identify blockers within the recruitment process to meeting our recruitment strategy and work cross-functionally to remove them
    - Support the headcount planning cycle through aligning recruitment data with functional workforce plans
    - 2Partner with the business to establish ways of working across hiring managers and recruitment which enables all to maintain high quality and diversity of hiring
