    Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • Excellent practical PM experience (planning, controlling, reporting, project team management, cost control).
    • Good experiences as service owner (requirements management, implementation, optimization, cost control, customer support)
    • Good technical knowledge in Web Technologies software development (.NET Core, ASP, …).
    • Good knowledge in PM methodology, Agile methodology, and change management.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Good presentation skills.
    • Good English skills (spoken and written).

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    Covers all Service Owner activities (e.g. takes care of rollout, requirements management, implementation, solution optimization, cost control & optimization, support of users, service formalities, tight communication with internal customers).

    Manage RH development project according to the company's established development and project management methods within the planned budget.

    Leads and coordinates the project team in an Agile way in order to meet the project and customer's timing and quality targets.

    Main Tasks:

    • Maintain close relationship with internal customers (Business and Engineering).
    • Gather and maintain user requests.
    • Analyze usage of services and derive optimization needs from this.
    • Drive service optimizations (technical, KPI, budget).
    • Support user of the web application service in regard of usage and issues.
    • Develop recommendations and start activities for service extensions of the RH and related web applications.
    • Initiate service optimization projects.

    Service optimization, project planning and steering:

    • Contributes to quotation activities.
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Project Plan with cost, quality, risk analysis and timing throughout life of project.
    • Responsible for the definition of the Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done for the stories in the Backlog.
    • Responsible for prioritizing the product backlog to assure that it is in line with the stakeholder negotiations.
    • Responsible for regular progress control of development activities, reporting of the status, and initiating escalations if necessary.
    • Responsible for regular project budget reviews.
    • Responsible for managing problem resolution and change management process including impacts on project timing, cost, overall risks.
    • Responsible for performing risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures.
    • Responsible for maintaining the product backlog.
    • Responsible for performing the Product Design Reviews for the deliverables.
    • Responsible for closing all open issues from development phase.
    • Offers support for the rollout and introduction of the developed product.
    • Review project and develop lessons learned.
