    Track record of program and project management that deliver results at a company-wide level;

    Strong cross-functional partnerships, credibility, and influence with senior-level leaders;

    2+ years of leadership and talent development experience;

    Knowledge of leadership assessment methodology, interpretation, feedback, and different assessment tools;

    Is good at working with data (MS Excel) and uses fact-based arguments when establishing new ways of doing things;

    Works well under pressure, deliver to deadlines, adapt to change and operate with a high tolerance for ambiguity;

    People management experience is considered a plus;

    Team player and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders;

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English).


    Architect and execute integrated management and leadership development programs or processes to drive professional growth for our people managers;

    Design and manage the programs and processes related to the growth of our organization's talent;

    Design, build and deliver live, virtual, and blended learning workshops;

    Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver learning experiences that are aligned with our purpose and principles;

    Build actionable initiatives to improve our culture further, creating an environment that fosters continuous learning;

    Track and drive success measures such as business results, engagement, retention, ROI, and new behaviors demonstrated;

    Manage the development and performance of team members.
