-limba italiana: nivel minim B2-C1
-limba engleza: nu este obligatorie
-experienta intr-o pozitie/activitate similara (Contact Center, Call Center) , minim 8 luni
-experienta lucru calculator: pachet Office
-rabdare, empatie, orientare catre client, punctualitate, disponibilitate pentru a invata mereu lucruri noi

- blocare/deblocare carduri (in urma pierderii/furtului acestora)
- monitorizarea si gestiunea semnalarilor primite de la posesorii cardurilor

- Activitatea se desfasoara 24/7, turele fiind distribuite pe tot parcursul zilei, L-D.
