2+ years of experience in Tabular Modeling, report design and Dashboard design
3+ years of experience in system support
Business process understanding (Business Process analysis and issue identification)
Good knowledge of SQL Server database (SQL and views mainly)
Good knowledge of SQL Server Tabular Model
Good knowledge of SQL Server Multidim Model
Good knowledge of SQL Server Report Services (Paginated Report)
Good Knowledge of Power BI Report Server (on-premise solution) and Power BI online / premium
Good general knowledge of database management systems
Used to work in international environment
Good communication skills and very capable of building & keeping good working relation with end users, understanding their needs and finding solutions supporting their requirements.

First line support for users
Monitoring and resolution of Service Now tickets related to Tabular Model, MSOLAP, Paginated reports and Power BI reports
Root cause analysis
Creation of new Tabular model, Power BI report/dashboard and paginated report
Maintain knowledge articles of support fixes
Fixes for recurring errorsrtgt6.

Bonus, but not MUST:
Microsoft ASP.Net & C#
Informatica PowerCenter
Experiences with pharmaceutical GxP compliance requirements (and in particular 21CFRpart 11)
GAMP Knowledge a plus.
