    Requirements

    Be experienced in all aspects of payroll & benefits for UK & EU.
    Working knowledge of payroll best practices and legislations including PAYE, SSP, SMP, RTI and Auto Enrolment or country specific regulations related to payroll.
    Strong communication skills and proficiency in English is a must.
    Strong analytical, reporting and presentation
    Ability to manage multiple payrolls at once and an eye for detail to identify gaps.
    Up to speed with changes to taxation practices and new legislation that may have a payroll and HR impact.

    Responsibilities

    Accurately and timely processing payroll for UK & EU countries by working with our payroll provider.
    Maintain Payroll and Benefits policies and records in all UK & EU countries
    Ensure compliance with Tax and National Insurance rules per each country and actions the Regular Monthly Statutory requirements
    Manage the Payroll Mailbox with Queries and information
    Process all updates and changes in internal databases in terms of leavers, new hires, change of personal details, benefits
    Initiate and execute Payroll Process improvements and implementation
    Act as Subject matter expert and functional owner of Payroll related policy, process and procedures
    in legislation and regulation in each country
    Building and maintaining relationships with Finance, HR Departments, GEP employees.
    Daily communication in English

    Other info

    You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and compliant payroll and benefits admin process for EU countries while working closely with Finance and HR teams.
