Cerinte
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar professional role in IT in different support projects;
• Services release management processes extensive knowledge, process management technologies and area processes and methodologies knowledge (Opex Blue Belt Certificate);
• Fluency in both German and English languages;
• IT Hardware strong skills (Desktops, Notebooks, Thin Clients, peripherals);
• Experience in leading international IT projects for both internal and external customers;
• Certification in or good understanding of ITIL V4 (Foundation);
• Decision making ability, entrepreneurial thinking, self-responsibility, great communication and relationship building skills;
• Ability to remotely coordinate with stakeholders across globe by effectively utilizing the communication channels, ability to persuade and follow-up to ensure results;
• Take responsibility for the performance of the audit engagements in areas of assigned
responsibility;
• End devices and services technical responsibility;
• Responsibility for mentioned services costs and for ensuring SLA, setup of KPI and reporting;
• Ensuring reporting and service quality check in a service oriented (client oriented) manner;
• Responsibility for Service Lifecycle Management and continuous service level improvement;
• Permanent incidents analysis for problem hot spots identification;
• Problem control processes responsibility, along with partners, after incidents and escalations;
• Be a part of and leading projects with customers and other external partners;
• Collaborate with architects, release management and other Service Managers;
