• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong expertise and experience in Safety and Emergency Situation;
• Knowledge of engineering and industrial experience;
• Deep understanding of legal safety and emergency guidelines;
• Experience as HSE Expert in an industrial field is a must
• Proficient in English,
• Good organizational skills;
• Self-dependent, structured and analytic;

• Planning and implementation of specific policies, objectives, programs, procedures and activities
that will improve the Health, Safety and Emergency situations awareness and performance
Prepare and manage the safety and emergency costs and budget;
• Assess the risks of accidents and professional diseases, based on each job specifics; together
with the work medicine services provider; establishes internal work safety rules, proposes active
measures for risk factors elimination; supervises the action plans implementation and proposes
corrective actions;
• Promotes health & safety actions through communication plans;
• Conduct target H&S audits/inspections;
• nspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions;
• Acts in compliance with law, when a work accident occurs or a professional disease is identified
within the company. Leads the crisis in cases of health & safety emergency;
• Make analysis of non-conformities, accidents, incidents, near miss and hazardous events reports;
• Maintain records of H&S performance statistics;
• Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues;
• Coordinate, implement and develop the H&S processes and procedures;
• Ensure the preparation, training, awareness, motivation in the field safety and emergency
situations, for all those integrated in the work system, for the development of the preventive spirit
and the change of attitude towards the risks at work;
• Development and implementation of local emergency response procedures and evacuation plans;
• Follow the application and observance of the safety and emergency rules;
• Ensure effective and continuous improvement of the organization’s performance;
• Follow on new relevant H&S legislation and continuously check the H&S legal compliance
• Act as the point of contact for local H&S authorities.
