Marketing Specialist- Finance Department

We are looking for our client, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist, for the Financial Department.

Qualifications:
- University graduate, with background in Marketing/Financial or related fields.
- Proficiency in English;
- Logical and good at understanding complex processes;
- Good at communicating with people; flexible in communicating via different methods;
- Patient with paperwork and attentive to details

Responsibilities:

• Submit MKT campaigns in the system, ensuring all information in the system is accurate and check the compliance of the approval process of MKT campaigns.
• Track the status of MKT campaigns.
• Collect acceptance materials from supplier and check the materials as per the regulations and guidelines to ensure the acceptance materials meet the requirement of contracts and acceptance criteria.
• Follow up the invoicing progress of supplier until the invoice is uploaded in the system for payment.
• Be able to communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues within the work scope and escalate if necessary.
• Record all problems encountered in daily work and send monthly report.
