Desired skills & Experience:

University degree in a technical or economics area;
Any type of certification in production planning would be an advantage;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning;
We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment, team-player mindset;
Decision-making & problem-solving skills';
Computer skills : (MS Office), SAP program;
Excellent English knowledge language (writing and speaking).

Key responsibilities:

Makes orders for the supply of raw materials in order to complete the production plan,
Makes forecasting for raw materials;
Converts the customer orders in production orders;
Creates production master plan, incorporating the priorities given by the customer, while aiming to achieve on time deliveries as requested by the customers and high production efficiency;
Checks the availability of all necessary resources (materials and people), in order to ensure continuous production ;
Monitors the production evolution in order to assure delivery targets are achieved;
Communicates daily the production schedule and changes with their impact to operations and proactively supports in solving the upcoming issues ;
Anticipates typical production trends and suggests new approaches for increasing efficiency.
Makes the periodic inventory of raw materials and annual inventory.

Reporting Relationships:

The Planner will report to the Team Leader Planning.
