    Job Description

    • Vei avea responsabilitatea procesului de plasare comenzi in SAP (emitere PO, urmarire, receptie bunuri sau servicii, facturare etc.)
    • Vei colabora cu alte departamente din fabrica pentru solutionarea diferitelor aspecte legate de comenzile de achizitie ale departamentului
    • Vei realiza documentatia si prezentarile necesare din cadrul departamentului FCM
    • Te vei asigura de realizarea obiectivelor, respectiv furnizarea serviciilor, in conformitate cu termenii si clauzele contractuale
    • Vei colabora cu departamentul HR in ceea ce priveste datele din sistemul de pontaj ale colegilor din echipa FCM
    • Ne bazam pe suportul tau oferit colegelor de la receptie, asigurand identificarea si inregistrarea persoanelor care intra in fabrica, respectiv pastrarea registrului de intrare a persoanelor, distribuirea corespondentei, oferirea de informatii etc.
    • Vei organiza diferite evenimente ale departamentului FCM
