    OC Prod is a consulting company in Management and Organization, founded in 2005 in Romania, which currently operates in 6 countries on 4 continents (Canada, Morocco, France, Romania, Vietnam, China).

    OC Prod is an international recruitment agency, specialized in areas such as engineering, medical, retail. IT, Finacial, BPO etc.

    We are involved, together with our clients, who are also our partners in developing and implementing projects.

    Requirements:

     Knowledge of applicable employment laws and ability to ensure full compliance.
     Experience navigating employee relations issues;
     Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
     Proven ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly.
     Willingness to go outside the office and understand employee’s needs.
     Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
     Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature.
     Comfortable with using data to inform decision-making.
     Strong interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
     A self-starter, with strong communication skills and work ethic.
     Ability to understand and interpret payroll activities.
     Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.
     Excellent verbal & written communication skills and an impactful presentation style.
     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
     Bachelor's degree required.
     A minimum of five years’ experience in a Human Resources role of progressively increasing responsibility.
     Advanced level of English
     Advanced level of French and/or German

    Responsabilitati

    The role:

     Working collaboratively with internal managers to provide a full employee life cycle support for all employees in Romania;
     Assist with employee relations issues, including receiving employee questions and concerns, assuring the implementation of a practice in this respect;
     Support execution of performance management and career planning, improve related activities;
     Implement company policies and procedures accurately and effectively with an understanding of local needs and adaptations;
     Manage legislatively-required programs such as Health and Safety, Accessibility, and others;
     Conduct New Hire Orientation, On-boarding and Induction (coordinate depending on the department) in order to welcome new joiners to the team.
     Support the company by ensuring complete compliance with Romanian and European Employment law in all aspects of hiring, employment, and separation.
     Providing Payroll and Benefit support would be an advantage;
     Help leaders and managers to engage and motivate our professionals;
     Partner with local hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of open roles and talent needs of the team.
     Lead recruitment activities for the company, including posting open positions, conducting phone screens, scheduling in-person interviews, and providing feedback on candidates.
     Act as a Talent and Culture champion.
