    - Higher technical studies (Electronics / Telecommunications / Automation / Computers etc);
    - Knowledge of operating system administration: Solaris, Unix, Linux - advanced level;
    - MSOffice knowledge - intermediate level;
    - Knowledge of database administration: Oracle, MySQL, Sybase - advanced level;
    - Knowledge of data communication networks: TCP / IP - basic level;
    - Knowledge of BSS platforms is an advantage;
    - Knowledge of telephone networks;
    - Knowledge of English - advanced level;
    - Driving license - category B;

    - The resource has the obligation to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Company, the rules and procedures applicable to the position held, regardless of the manner of their communication to the employee;
    - It also has the obligation, in accordance with the responsibilities of the position held, to acquire and respect the provisions of the regulation on the protection of personal data;
    - Ensures the expertise for the implementation of new services and Prepaid / IN / VAS products according to the received commercial specifications, during the agreed time;
    - Analyzes the commercial specifications in order to determine and define the technical / functional specifications corresponding to the implementation of new services and products Prepaid / IN / VAS;
    - Analyzes the interdependencies between the new services / products and the existing prepaid / commercial VAS portfolio;
    - Works on the design and implementation phases of Prepaid / IN / VAS services and products;
    - Participates in defining the test plan, to ensure the correct implementation of service and product requirements;
    - Issue and follow the specific work orders for the operational teams, necessary to ensure an optimal management of the prepaid / VAS portfolio;
    - Analyzes and solves / scales the problems appeared in the daily activity, in accordance with the existing procedures and with the nature of the internal processes, in order to prevent the dysfunctions in the systems;
    - Provides assistance to operational teams, to maintain applications and systems Prepaid / IN / VASin optimal operating parameters;
    - Interacts with suppliers of equipment and applications for reporting and solving problems in Prepaid / IN / VAS systems;
    - Participates in Prepaid / IN / VAS platform upgrade / update / migration projects;
    - Cooperates with other departments to provide support in the implementation and testing of Prepaid / IN / VAS services and products;
    - Collaborates with the other departments of the Basic Network and Services Division for the integration of new network elements with the Prepaid / IN / VAS / VAS systems or for the activation of new interfaces / functionalities;
    - Creating and updating the documents specific to the work area on an internally organized / recommended and agreed structure;
    - Development of continuous professional skills, by participating in trainings, courses or workshops necessary to achieve them;
    - Provides estimates of the allocated actions and their registration in the internally agreed applications;
    - Organizing workshops for colleagues to redistribute the knowledge gained so that they are known by other colleagues;
    - Generates reports and statistics to ensure a clear picture of the loading of applications and systems; develops the reporting, analysis and statistics system in order to obtain relevant data in optimal time;
    - Facilitates access to technical knowledge / best practices / standards and procedures within the team, to improve the quality of team work;
    - Monitors and secures access to the Prepaid, IN and VAS network to prevent unauthorized access to network equipment;
    - Ensures the security of data and configurations by performing periodic backups in order to minimize traffic interruptions for customers;
    - Executes periodic maintenance works of the equipment according to the suppliers' manuals so as to ensure their operation within the established parameters;
    - Tests the operation of applications and services, according to the company's performance standards, to ensure their maximum availability to end users;
    - Interacts with suppliers of equipment and applications for reporting and solving problems in the Prepaid network and IN or VAS, in accordance with the support procedures agreed with them;
    - Provides technical support in the interventions performed by suppliers on the equipment in case of their malfunction, in accordance with the internally agreed procedures and respecting the contractual conditions;
    - Monitors and solves the alarms and technical problems appeared at the equipment and applications from the Prepaid and IN or VAS network in order to ensure a continuous availability and to minimize the effects of their non-functioning on the end users;
    - Monitors the performances of the managed equipment and applications and acts preventively to ensure their proper functioning;
    - Ensures the installation of new applications and corrections to existing ones and provides technical support if these activities are performed by third parties;
    - Executes the changes provided in the service orders received from the network planning structures in order to ensure the good functioning of the services, including in the post-implementation phase;
    - Receives, analyzes and resolves complaints from customers coming through the Customer Service structure or from other structures related to the equipment or applications managed, in order to increase the level of performance in accordance with the established indicators and to ensure customer satisfaction;
    - It may be required to work on a permanent basis, outside working hours, including at night or on weekends, in order to continuously support the operations and to implement the work orders to be carried out during the period of network maintenance and to arrive at the company's headquarters, if necessary;
    - Reports to the superior directly the special events, related to the malfunction of the Prepaid and IN or VAS network, appeared at work, in order to perform an impact analysis of the situation so as to restore the correct operation of the network in the shortest time;
    - Prepares periodic reports or other types of reports at the request of the direct superior: traffic reports, disturbances, complaints, service orders, etc., in order to highlight the performance criteria of the administered equipment;
    - Performs any other tasks outlined by the boss directly, in accordance with the nature of the position and its area of ​​expertise;
    - Other similar attributions / responsibilities, according to the type of work.
