    To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

    • 3 years of working experience in scheduling, PMO or a similar domain;
    • A background or previous experience in automotive industry or front-office area;
    • Good knowledge of project/process management;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Advanced level of French in both written and spoken;
    • Medium level of English in both written and spoken;
    • Medium level of Excel (formulas, graphs, reporting), Planisware;
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team;
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities;
    • A customer service mindset and focused on quality;
    • Great team-player.


    About our open position: Project Manager Assistant with French
    • As a Project Manager Assistant with French, you will be responsible for project planning, status and reporting, according to client requirements.

    A typical day might include the following:

    • Providing overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management expertise;
    • Ensuring that the schedule control & progress procedures are developed and executed according to the customer`s requests;
    • Monitoring and assessing customer’s efforts in project planning, progress measurement and control;
    • Supporting the Project Team with ongoing project schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities;
    • Preparing and compiling weekly and monthly reports (schedule & progress);
    • Maintaining regular contact with project teams and with the Functional Organization;
    • Providing direction and feedback to Project planning and control engineers on schedule aspects of the project;
    • Developing plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
