-3-5 years experience in IT Security Software sales;
- SIEM software (Security information and event management) knowledge would be a plus;
-Excellent relationship management skills and customer service skills;
-Strong networking and relationship building ability;
-Strong focus on consultative sales and on delivering results;
-Exceptional communication skills;
-Good command of English;
-Availability to travels within Central and Eeastern European area (10-15%).
For one of our clients, a romanian IT company that offers security software services , we are hiring a Busines Development Manager.
The Business Development Manager will have an important role in management of sales and relationships with customers and developing the client portfolio.
-Managing the allocated leads/ key accounts / clients ;
-Developing and managing sales pipeline;
-Prospecting and assessing new sales potential ;
-Active calls, emails and meetings with clients ;
-Being the liason between the company and clients, resellers, integrators or partners.
