    The Team Leader role scope will be to handle all aspects of the operational and disciplinary management of the team with direct reporting line to the Team Manager in Ratingen, Germany. The Team Leader will be involved in the transition process to Romania.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsabilities & requirements for OBU Team Leader:

    Main responsabilities: monitoring of daily business in regards to Service Level Agreements und Quality; Creation of Manuals / internal training handouts; Support and Input regarding new toll processes and projects. Training of the local OBU Team.

    Profile: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; professional experience in sales operations, order management, procurement operations, logistic operations; SAP knowledge; Very good knowledge of English or German (c1-b2); Leadership Experience.

    Responsabilities & requirements for Settlement & Billing Team Leader:

    Main responsabilities: optimization of the settlement processes in close coordination with the Settlement & Billing Team in Ratingen; Participation in Settlement and cross-departmental projects within the DKV Group; Creation and update of documentation / manuals of the Settlement processes; Training of the local Settlement & Billing Team.

    Profile: with minimum 5 years of professional experience in electronic transactions and invoice checking, P2P; SAP knowledge, scanning and verification programs and common MS Office applications; Very good knowledge of English or German (c1-b2); Leadership Experience.
