You will be joining the Digital team of explorers with the primary goal of transforming through digital efforts. This includes the use of new cutting-edge technologies related to artificial intelligence, machine learning and advanced analytics.


    Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration / economics / engineering;
    At least 2 years in an environment exposed to business process analysis or product development, preferably in telecommunications.


    Coordinates the performance of financial calculations (Business Cases) for estimating the financial impact of commercial offers and recommends the optimal pricing strategy for the offer / product to be launched;
    Monitoring the indicators established and agreed in the case of each business case with the Department Manager or with the product / campaign manager, for example: total revenues, as well as per user (ARPU) made after launching the offer / product versus the initial calculation (business case);
    Prepares graphs and tables for presentations or inclusion in reports, analyzes the evolution of the main indicators according to the business case of each product / campaign and signals it to the management;
    Prepares periodic reports (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly and annual) necessary for product development and management structures for the B2B customer segment (legal entities) and ensures their analysis, interpretation and reporting according to the instructions received;
    Monitors the tactical movements of competitors and proposes appropriate adjustments of the company's commercial offers (price, benefits) so that they maintain their attractiveness on the market and at the same time ensure the achievement of the company's revenue and profitability objectives;
    Monitors the evolution and monthly performance for each offer / commercial campaign and explains the deviations from the objectives, anticipating the potential deviations from the plan;
    Contributes to the implementation of joint projects at Group level to ensure alignment with its policies and the implementation of best practices for optimizing the design of commercial offers.
