    - FinTech experience through some combination of development and project management. Potential domains include FinTech, Financial Institutions, Consulting, Systems Integration, etc. Target five years of total experience
    - Strong track record of project delivery specializing in software
    - Technical backgrounds (API, development, Cloud delivery)
    - Team player, quick learner, excellent communicator, entrepreneurial spirit
    - Good spoken and written English, additional languages a plus
    - Willingness & ability to travel based on business needs


    What will you contribute?

    As part of the Fusion.Fabric.Cloud team at Finastra, you will deliver major market innovations in all banking areas including Treasury and Capital Markets, Trade and Transaction banking, Lending, Retail banking and Payments. You will also contribute to the delivery of the (FFDC) strategic roadmap. The job holder is responsible for the successful onboarding of 3rd party Fintechs onto FFDC. The candidate will drive growth through driving delivery of both Finastra strategic applications and Fintech partnerships. This role requires a high level of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:
    Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    - Facilitate Fintech onboarding process

    Support Fintechs during the onboarding on FFDC (technical integration, process…)
    Establish and refine processes for onboarding of 3rd party Fintechs to the FFDC platform
    Drive balanced approach between speed and thoroughness in onboarding process
    Support application reviews to ensure fit relative to Finastra business
    Communicate effectively between 3rd parties and Finastra constituents on matters of marketing, sales, technology, security
    Builds and maintains a perspective on applications and their status within the pipeline; adjusting priorities based on business demands
    Ensures any new business or technical requirements are identified, documented and committed to in development roadmaps

    - Continuously improve business processes

    Define and optimize processes related to 3rd party onboarding
    Proactively identify opportunities to improve the speed and efficiency of processes across Fintech sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, go-to-market, technology
    Work collaboratively with the Finastra lines of business and coordinates with the business services delivery teams, monitoring execution and defining remediation plans in case of plan changes.
    Ensure all Service owners, systems, partner platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the technical design accurately represents the requirements.
    Automate the processes using no-code tools (Microsoft stream, Air table, Jira, webhooks, API…)
