Test Manager

VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in Test Management position with knowledge of performance, regression and functional testing procedures
• Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools, and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets the needs of the client/business partner.
• Knowledge of the basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies.
• Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting
• Have ability to Identify the testing requirements and ability to document the test
scenarios based on the SLAs and benchmarks.
• Good exposure to designing, developing and executing performance, regression and functional test suites for different systems using JMeter or open source performance/load testing tool.
• Define and document standard testing process as a part of the TMMI methodology.

• Planning, Coordination and control of test activities
• Act as an interface between project management, other testers, the developers and the customer.
• Translates non-functional requirements into performance test cases and J-meter scripts.
• Develops and define test methods and test tools in order to execute performance, regression and functional test plans and scripts.
• Assists in identifying and documenting performance issues across applications.
• Initiative and proven ability to independently work on projects to completion.
• Implements and sustains continuous process improvements.
• Detailed knowledge on analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for testability.
