Senior SQL Server Database Developer

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Minimum 5 years of database development experience with SQL Server
- In depth knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
- Experience with AWS database services
- Experience spearheading architecture and code initiatives
- Experience with modern software development life-cycle
- Speak and write fluently in English

- Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code that satisfies the business requirements
- Create, maintain, and performance tune stored procedures, tables, triggers, and indexes
- Troubleshoot and address problems wherever they exist
- Write readable, extensible code while being mindful of performance requirements
- Conduct design and code reviews and collaborate to ensure your own code passes review
- Leverage our Cloud infrastructure (AWS) to engineer solutions that make the best of it
- Adhere to best practice development standards
