    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    Excellent written and spoken English
    Leadership experience
    Finance background or relevant exposure to OTC or FP&A processes for more than 3 years
    Project Mgmt certification preferred; subject matter expert in PM processess and project life cycle methodologies
    Communication and strong influencing skills
    Able to explain difficult or sensitive information, works to build consensus
    Time Management strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    Able to solve complex problems; taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

    Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
    Must have experience in a target/deadline/fixed objective driven environment
    Oracle Financial Tools experience preferred, but not mandatory

    Job Summary & Role:

    This role is a key link between the Bucharest OTC (order to cash) COEs, the Global Project team and the Business units across EMEA and ESI.

    Requires +5 years in project management.
    Requires previous experience in transformation and change managements.
    Requires experience in tasks and knowledge transfer between countries, with communication to key stakeholders and ability to discuss with leadership (Senior Directors, CFO of the business)
    Requires relevant expertise in finance and project management area. Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education.
    Majority of time is spent on: performing project based activities, contributing to and managing projects, providing advice and/or direction in primary areas of expertise, utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations, leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
    Work is primarily achieved by individual or through project teams, utilizing technical expertise to achieve results.
    Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.
    Monitors or track project milestones and deliverables.
    Confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
    Works closely with various internal department to ensure successful completion of projects.
    Facilitates team/client meetings and effectively communicates project information to superiors/senior leadership
    Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
    The associates will support and drive OTC transformation across EMEA , process standardization/improvement across EMEA.
    Associate will work on collecting practices, policies, metrics, from all countries and support OTC org to develop standards, common policies, and benchmark. (including checklist, metrics, KPIs) to ensure compliance to the Company's policies and procedures.
    Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
    Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
    The associate should have improvement methodology skills (Six Sigma or similar)
    The associate should have experience in finance restructuring projects, which include partnership with Finance and HR functions.
    Negotiates with Senior management, customers, regulators or vendors to influence decisions.
    Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
    Presentation skills is a must, the associate should be able to prepare and present project status to Senior leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    Support Order to cash transformation projects across EMEA (includes reorganization, activities transitions, new product introduction, OTC requirements, development projects, standardization)
    Support OTC related projects (including billing, partner control, collection, cash) across ESI
    Support projects ramp up (design, UAT, process stabilization).
    Design triggers & process flows for external services billed as: Global Project Preparation; Global Management Fees; Success Factor; Work Day for Streamline; Connectivity (all)
    Support and drive process standardization/improvement across Emea.and ESI
    Support on policies and metrics re-design.
    Support any transition team work & reorganize across EMEA.
    Participates in internal and cross functional projects;
    Fulfils periodical / ad-hoc reports for the management team and / or other internal stakeholders based on the requests received;
    Ensures adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley & other guidelines, and supports internal & external audits;
    Builds & maintains long-term relationships with customers & key stakeholders;
    Overviews processes, advices, adjusts and implements process streamlining and/or change within business process management to better harmonize resources to the benefit of the organization. Responds to business needs by continuously using, maintaining and improving tools and systems specific to business area.

    Reports & Performance Metrics:

    Provide weekly- monthly updates on process and projects status.
    Proactively investigate the cause of any poor performance and work with local team, COE and the Finance team to resolve the cause;
    Update all checklists and controls to prevent recurring problems where possible.
    Support any team who are struggling so that all tasks are achieved on time and all performance metrics achieved;
    Ensure professionalism within the OTC team.

    Useful information:

    The role will have high visibility across ADP organization, within CFO organization and QTC leadership, working as well with other regions (Americas and Apac)
    It is required to travel 30% of the time, however it will minimized or null at the beginning due to Covid.
    Reporting line: the associate will report to the Sr. Dir Program Management Steve Hornblow and will matrix report to Cristiano Cipolla, OTC Sr director.
    This role will not have any direct report for now, but may have in the future.
