    Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-year degree of EU studies preferably;
    Advanced level of English (C1) and two official EU languages (C2);
    Proven interest in European policies and developments;
    Critical thinker, proactive, innovative, hands-on and solution-focused approach;
    Ability to handle stress and communicate clearly on complex matters;
    Organizational skills, including time management, prioritization and multitasking.


    Communicating in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free language about all aspects of the European Union;
