Analytical Skillset: Capable of identifying all aspects of a problem, understanding why a problem exists, and finding viable solutions

Communication Skills: Excellent communication & presentation skills required to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organization including (executive) management.

Deep understanding of Nokia’s Learning Management System (NLDH/CSOD) and its capabilities

Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI, SQL) and sCRM analytics

Understanding of sales organization, roles and respective learning targets

Excellent data visualization capabilities

High-level knowledge of Nokia portfolio

Basic Project management skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective.

Typically requires 10+ years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate (bachelor’s in science)/ postgraduate (master’s in science) equivalent degree.

The candidate should have had several years of experience with data analytics and visualization, especially in the training and/or sales environment, e.g. in Sales Operations, Training or Human Resources. A high-level knowledge of the Nokia portfolio and a background in Nokia’s Learning Management System (CSOD) as well as its sales reporting system (CRM) is strongly solicited.

Job Responsibilities:

Define, track and visualize CaDe KPIs on various levels

Generate reports and KPI dashboards for CO and BG management, including contribution to CO ScoreCard

Create insights, derive trends, and identify learning and usage patterns:

Analyze and interpret sales funnel and financial data (BG specific, e2e, cross-selling) to provide directions for capability development

Analyze and interpret data from Learning Management System (NLDH/CSOD) to track sales learning, trigger targeted CaDe activities and optimize CaDe offerings

Link business performance data to completed CaDe activities to measure business impact

Cooperate with Learning Solutions team and CaDe regional consultants to increase focus and efficiency of CaDe activities:

Provide detailed financial data for decisions where appropriate and needed

Contribute to identification and prioritization of learning topics within CaDe team

Support lifecycle management of CaDe learning solutions

Help manage CaDe internal activities, meetings, day-to-day operations

The role will not require travel, but the candidate would be on occasion required to work flexible hours due to the global operation of the CO CaDe team.
