    - Ai deja cunostinte sau vrei sa afli mai multe despre web, DNS, DHCP, servere de mail si medii de comunicatii (cablu, fibra optica, wireless);
    - Inveti repede cum sa folosesti aplicatiile noi si utilizezi la nivel mediu programele Microsoft Office;
    - Iti place sa gasesti solutii si sa ii ajuti pe ceilalti;

    Responsabilitati

    Ce fac colegii din echipa de Suport Tehnic?

    - Preiau apelurile clientilor Vodafone Romania si ii ajuta, solutionand cat mai rapid eventualele nefunctionalitati;
    - Consilieaza telefonic clientii in ceea ce priveste configurarea echipamentelor, astfel incat sa asigure functionarea serviciilor de telecomunicatii la parametri inalti;
    - Propune clientilor pachete de servicii noi, in situatia in care identifica in cadrul discutiei telefonice oportunitatea de vanzare.
    - Toti colegii noi trec printr-un program de pregatire in ceea ce priveste interactiunea cu clientii, notiunile tehnice si aplicatiile dezvoltate pentru diagnosticarea sesizarilor de tip VoIP, DTV, Broadband.
