    Requirements

    - Creating player segments with correct player KPIs
    - Tagging eligible players for promotions
    - Creating engaging, persuasive and clear email and SMS content
    - Scheduling player communications
    - Creation of Bonuses for each segment in the GiG BO Bonus Tool / Game Provider BO
    - Gaining understanding of new game releases in order to write game specific content
    - Responsible for all on site retention/conversion content, including player notifications + bonus cards
    - Writing and proofreading all promotional terms and conditions
    - CRM Campaign Analysis and drawing conclusions for future campaigns
    - Gain good understanding of competitors offers and popular games within the market
    - Ensuring all promotions and communications are within the legal regulatory framework of the Market

    Responsibilities

    - Good writing and proof-reading skills

    - Self-motivator who regularly uses their own initiative
    - Fluent in Romanian and English
    - Ambitious quick learner
    - Good knowledge of Excel preferred
    - Ideally Business/Marketing background with keen interest in online gaming
