Hands on experience in JavaScript development

Architecture/Design skills
Experience deploying and maintaining a 24/7 production environment (web & mobile applications)

Responsible for leading few R&D teams (12 Developers);
Collaborate and support external game studios.
Own project execution.
Recruit, hire, retain and develop top talent engineers;
Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues;
Own the group technical vision and provide technical direction within your teams ;
Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps for the business;
Continuously improve the team (structure, processes, stability, and deliverables);
Create a positive team environment for your employees;
Work closely with various stakeholders including Product, Project, Creative, Math, QA & HR.
