For our Client, a fast-growing global company with an award-winning solution for documentation and communication in the construction and real estate industry, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Country Manager for its new office in Bucharest.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility;
• Proven experience and knowledge of the construction and / or real estate industry;
• Proven track record in sales;
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS is a plus;
• Proven leadership and management skills;;
• Excellent spoken and written Romanian and English skills;
• Driving License for cars;
• Willingness to travel.
• Build-up and lead the office in Bucharest;
• Implement the entry and growth strategy in Romania;
• Have full responsibility for Sales and Business Development within Romania;
• Develop and lead the Romanian team;
• Represent the company at industry events and promotional activities;
• Report directly to the CEO.
