    Requirements

    - Experience in the field of gambling is an advantage
    - Bachelor’s degree: management / marketing / communication
    - Experience in marketing or in an operational team (represents an advantage)
    - Very good knowledge of the Romanian language
    - Good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
    - Very good knowledge of PC operation
    - Ability to organize and prioritize
    - Exceptional communication qualities
    - Compliance with the established deadlines and the calendar of activities
    - Availability of business trips
    - Driving license, category B

    Responsibilities

    - Monitors and analyses the performance of the area for which he/she is responsible and proposes measures to improve the
    results of the shops
    - Responsible for planning and implementing local campaigns
    - Monitors national and local ongoing campaigns, proposes adjustment measures to achieve campaign objectives, and provides
    post campaign analysis in the are a for which he/she is responsible
    - Manages and supports each campaign by providing guidance to the sales team
    - Develops, implements and improves the marketing activity and promote the company's products
    - Monitors competition in the area for which it is responsible, reports and proposes countermeasures
    - Develop a long term relationship with customers, collect their feedback and pass it on to the team
    - Analyses work processes in the area of responsibility and proposes improvements to them, including those relate d to resources
    - Transmits all information to the team, ensures efficient communication and ensures that all work procedures are applied
    correctly
