    Clientilor nostri le servim produse din pui, pregatite conform unei retete originale. In Romania, primul restaurant KFC a fost deschis in 1997 in Bucuresti, iar astazi exista peste 80 restaurante in toata tara si peste 2500 angajati.     Cerinte

    Candidate requirements:
    - Minim 3 years relevant experience in a similar position
    - University degree
    - HR Inspector Certification; Payroll Certification
    - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) proficient
    - Power user of payroll & admin HR software and various databases
    - English – medium level
    - Strong analytical skills, capability to manipulate and correlate big data, compile detailed reports
    - Problem Solver
    - Capable to manage private and confidential information
    - Capable to deal with multiple tasks
    - Effective communication skills

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Manages Payroll & Admin HR processes and actions
    - Design and apply processes to have efficient workflows
    - Ensures that all requests from employees and managers on Payroll & Admin HR are processed in a timely and correct manner
    - Collecting and centralizing all needed information to close the monthly Payroll & Admin HR process
    - Monthly update the database with information specific to the Payroll & Admin HR processes
    - Follows the legislative changes and implements them with the prior consultation of colleagues and the direct manager
    - Preparing statutory payroll statements and the related taxes returns
    - Preparing D112
    - Delivers all the necessary monthly documents & reports to the internal departments related to its area of activity
    - Represents the company in front of Romanian authorities acting in labour field
