Requirements

• Recent university graduate (Romanian or foreign universities) with a strong academic record
• Fluent in both Romanian and English
• Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to draw conclusions and insights from large amounts of information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused, result-focused, proactive

• Works on one or more project topics under the supervision of experienced advisory professionals
• Conducts and documents meetings and interviews with clients or other parties involved in the project
• Uses several methods to conduct research activities
• Organizes and analyzes data and prepares presentations and other deliverables for the client
• Analyzes a business problem from various angles and develops preliminary hypotheses for its cause
