Chief Information & Security Officer

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Security, IT Risk Management (with focus on cybersecurity, IT compliance, risk IT, GDPR), preferably within a financial/banking environment;
- Comfortable with security management frameworks, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) & ISO/IEC 27001;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent business English skills, at least B2+;
- Hands-on expertise in implementing and working with PCI DSS;
- Steward of ethics and discretion when it comes to handling sensitive or private information.
Good knowledge of GDPR policies and how they influence the IT infrastructure.

- Reviews and approves security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning;
- Accountable for coordination, training & mentorship of the local IT Operations team;
- In-charge of continuous improvement and delivery, such as developing response and recovery plans, including testing;
- Conducts investigations after breaches or incidents, covering impact analysis and recommendations for avoiding future vulnerabilities;
- Oversees that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested;
- Makes sure that cybersecurity policies and procedures are communicated to all personnel and that compliance is enforced;
- Constantly updates the cybersecurity strategy to keep up with new technology and threat information;
- Supervises acquisition, development and maintenance of ICT systems and service;
