Mission & Responsibilities:
- Set the long-term vision and strategy for Freya products;
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
- Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands;
- Analyze product specifications and improve them according to the customers needs and market trends;
- Develop and maintain the roadmap for the product;
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and satisfaction;
- Develop the product pricing and positioning strategies;
- Measure the customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities for the product growth;
- Collaborate in an efficient way with the Development and Technical Support department in order to create the best version of the product.
