    Cerinte

    More than three years of work experience in HR Administration;
    Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a relevant field;
    Familiarity with Workday (HRIS) or savy experience with other HR systems;
    Solid knowledge about Romanian labor law;
    Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information;
    Able to act independent of supervision in routine matters governed by either policy or established procedure;
    Efficiency and accuracy, a proactive way of working and communication;
    Able to work in a fast-paced, changing and developing environment with changing structures and procedures;
    Fluency in English and Romanian.

    Responsabilitati

    Supervising HR data management including data uploads, data audits, data reviewing, to continuously improve HR data quality;
    Working on process improvements together with colleagues (HR Business Partners, HR Administrator, Payroll and Recruitment);
    Ensuring timely and smooth execution and administration of the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the company;
    Being responsible for all relevant employment documentation (hiring, job change, termination, etc.);
    Maintaining personnel files in compliance with company policies and government regulations;
    Handling confidential information in a professional manner, respecting privacy while maintaining company confidentiality;
    Interacting with various levels of management, vendors, and associates.
