    Essential Requirements:

    - Advanced Swedish and English;
    - Attention to detail;
    - Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability;
    - Ability to work within a team environment and independently;
    - Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).


    Key Responsibilities :

    CFS stands for our Customer and Finance Services, where we focus on Dell customers. While walking through the floor you will hear over 20 languages and lots of laugh.     You will be:

    - Overseeing the Order Management workflow to ensure highest quality and productivity in processing of orders;
    - Collaborating on complex customers issues with other departments;
    - Ensuring that processes are compliant with the internal financial rules;
    - Developing action plan for non-complete orders;
    - Providing support to various Dell Technologies departments.
