SENIOR ACCOUNTANT WITH GERMAN, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance;
- 4+ years in relevant accounting role (SSCs / BPOs prefered);
- Fluent in English and German;
- Experience leading teams and/or projects is preferred;
- Strong IFRS experience;
- Good knowledge of VAT, WHT rules;
- Previous Oracle exposure;
- Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities (Accounts Payable / GL entries / Cash Allocation / Cash disbursements);
- Prepare and/or review complex entries and supporting documentation;
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close process;
- Prepare management reporting packs;
- Perform detailed variance analyses;
- Facilites exchange of data / information with statutory auditors / local tax advisors;
- Assist in the analysis of process improvements to existing processes and deliverable;
