• Windows Operating System Configuration (Windows 10, Windows server 2016)
• Hardware configuration
• Windows-based networking (management tools, DNS, TCP/IP)
• Windows Server Security (Active Directory, anti-malware products, firewalls, network topologies and devices, and network ports)
• Microsoft Sql Server fundamentals.
• Skills to configure and manage PBX.
Education and experience:
• Relevant technical education
• 1+ year of technical support experience
Bonus qualifications/knowledge:
• Microsoft Visual Studio experience
• Front end designer (html, css)

• Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft solutions (storage, network, and security).
• Deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and applications.
• Configure and manage virtual networking.
• Configure and manage virtual machine.
• Manage voip/pbx solution.
