Senior System Administrator

Previous professional experience in Sys Admin;
Strong experience in VM Ware, Cisco, Linux Ubuntu;
Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery;
Experience with no-SQL databases (MongoDB would be a plus);
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
Excellent communication skills;
Flawless English skills and customer orientation.

Maintain a highly redundant Cloud platform based on VMWare;
Upgrade, improve and ensure security of our Cloud platform;
Handle all maintenances, upgrades and hardware changes are happening often;
Support the internal teams with their technical requirements or requests;
Build smaller infrastructures on top of the Cloud platform for future projects;
Monitor internal infrastructure in order to maintain stability and proactively and continuously focus on correcting and preventing technical issues and improving performance;
Documentation and internal tech and KB know-how guides;
Resolve issues in our hosting platforms: public, both shared and managed and in our private cloud platforms;
Work with the CTO directly to develop / maintain the hosting / virtualization infrastructure of our company and ensure procedures are added / updated as required;
Handle research and development on tasks, systems and processes as required to ensure our systems are functioning optimally.
