The Senior RPA Developer provides technical expertise in managing and developing RPA solutions using UiPath environment for the entire lifecycle: design, build (development), testing, deployment, troubleshooting and user support. It this role, you may mentor junior developers and performs Quality Control checks on code components and overall code reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybernetics, Informatics) or equivalent experience;

License/Certifications:

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory);

Experience:

2+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Minimum 2 years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, C#, python etc.) with a specific focus on developing Bots or (proven expertise);
Experience using Excel macros, Visual Basic scripts
Understands software development methodology and lifecycle
Demonstrated expertise with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating RPA solutions (at least 5 robots developed)
Breadth of experience in software design/development and database architecture
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines
Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Experienced level for English language (speaking and writing) - mandatory
Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.

Requirements:

Analyze and identify a potential manual business flow to automate
Ensure that specifications are appropriately detailed to allow proper workflow design
Develop and document the design of the automated workflows and ensures the documentation is well maintained
Provide support for environments setup, software installation and testing;
Develops RPA workflows following development standards and best-practices
Provide technical assistance whenever the project team faces difficulties in the development activities
Review periodically developed workflows and ensures compliance with the solution design and with the development standards
Deploy, deliver and manage the robot’s lifecycle (including support for go-live)
Provide assistance and bug fixing for the deployed automated process, during stabilization phase
Collaborate with automation architect and project management team to ensure proper project compliance, reporting and escalation
Support the deployment of robotic solutions by coordinating with infrastructure and change control teams.

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience with SQL
Basic understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure
Familiarity with ERP systems and APIs
Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of RPA infrastructure
Experience in other RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere, BluePrism)
