    Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
    Technical bachelor’s degree (Agriculture - advantage);
    English at an advanced level (Hungarian is an advantage);
    Experience with SAP or other CRMs is an advantage.


    Managing nationwide the activity of all branches regarding the sales of the agricultural machinery;
    Developing and implementing effective sales strategies;
    Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets;
    Monitoring the entire sales life cycle (prospecting, bidding, pricing, verification and approval of orders, contacting suppliers, delivery and collection of the invoices);
    Negotiate and close agreements with large customers;
    Verifying and coordinating the stocks of each branch;
    Coordinating the sales team and participate in recruiting employment and training activities;
    Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements;
    Proposing and evaluating the contracts related to the work of the department (banks, insurance companies, etc.).
    Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and other specific reports.
