Your Mission:

The Training Refinancing Analyst is responsible for the creation of refinancing files with the aim of obtaining refunding from the French institution OPCO for professional trainings organized by Société Générale.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Creating the necessary documentation for the refinancing files to be submitted to OPCO, according to the criteria defined by the French government, based on the working procedures in place;
• Updating the trackers in place for this activity;
• Following up with different actors in the process in order to meet deadlines;
• Supervising the progress of trainings and upon their completion, creating invoices for OPCO;
• After obtaining payment confirmation from OPCO, creating final files and providing them to the L&D department in Paris

• Fluent in French (B2 level minimum);
• Proficient EXCEL user;
• Detail oriented person with good organizational skills;
• Very good communication skills (especially written);
• Good time management and organization of daily activity;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
