Sales Manager B2B

Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Romania looks for an experienced B2B Sales Manager for one of the regional bakery ingredients players. His / Her role will be to actively contribute to the revenue generation in the market, managing the selling, distribution, collection and forecast activities addressing the industrial clients.
  Responsible to:

• Actively contribute to the revenue generation in the market, managing the selling, distribution, collection and forecast activities while managing the small local team.
• Define and implement a sustainable, value-maximizing strategy for the short and the longer term for bakery and pastry ingredients to rapidly develop and gain market share with prospects and new industrial clients.

• 5 - 7 years proven successful working experience in B2B sales, solution-oriented process, budget responsibility;
• Thorough understanding and excellent contacts in the FMCG producers’ world and its customers (segmentation, growth potential, channels, etc)
• English language fluency
• Extensive travelling availability
