    • ? Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
    • ? At least three years experience in Financial accounting;
    • ? Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MM and MS Office;
    • ? Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
    • ? Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
    • ? Likes to work with numbers;
    • ? Willingness to travel;
    • ? High affinity toward accounting and finance processes.

    Job Description

    • Enhance the overall performance of processes by driving standardization and improvement topics;
    • Ensure the quality of the desktop procedures after CIP (continuous improvement process) changes;
    • Offer support to other colleagues regarding continuous improvement, process standardization & harmonization and related topics;
    • Validate/conduct optimization & harmonization for respective process area;
    • Drive standardization activities and operational improvement through the use of continuous improvement techniques;
    • Responsible for results of CIP changes;
    • (Re)design processes with focus on GPLA;
    • Systematic tracking of CIP KPIs and conduction of measurements;
    • Monitor and report achievements to higher-level or cross-functional teams;
    • Ensure all GSA staff understand the purpose and importance of the CIP team by communicating all relevant information to them;
    • Report planned action and progress to higher level teams.
