    Education: Graduate degree (commercial or technical)


    • At least 3 years of working experience;
    • Analytical skills and advanced problem solving capabilities;
    • Convincing personality with coaching skills for the target group associates but also leaders;
    • Advance capabilities in communication, moderation and presentation skills in smaller group, but also during big customer events (LPRs, MSM, Booster);
    • First leadership experiences preferred or project leading;
    • International experience preferred;


    • Passion for change and driver mentality;
    • Good communication, strong analytical skills, team oriented, initiative, perseverance and attention to details;
    • Self-organized and able to estimate, prioritize and schedule own tasks;
    • Target and quality orientation;

    Languages spoken:

    ? Fluent in English; German can be an advantage;

    Job Description

    • Roll out of Lean Management required activities as consultant;
    • Apply lean methods and tools within the project;
    • Enable and coach associates and managers to define and introduce lean management standards and mindset;
    • Establish a base for continuous improvement and further development in a fast growing engineering center;
    • Challenge for best solutions in transforming units;
    • Support cultural change and generate a sustainable culture after closing the active wave of 3 months with the internal customer;
    • Further development of tools and methods by addressing improvement points to the worldwide team and through regular exchange and feedback cycles;
    • Additional cross-sectional responsibilities in Lean team;
    • Additional problem solving within area of responsibility and deploying standards to lean navigators;
    • You will have the chance to develop your competencies towards roles in the Project Leadership or Sustainability Consultancy area, within the team;
