For one of our clients, a leading multinational business in the field of construction chemicals, we are looking for an experienced sales engineer with vast knowledge of construction market and materials.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar field
• Self-motivated and driven
• Good English language and Engineering degree (preferably, but not mandatory)
• Construction and building materials knowledge

Sales:

• Approach concrete plants and projects to identify their needs
• Identify business opportunities by approaching projects of different sizes, contractors, consultants, procurement departments and owners of potential projects
• Introduce products and systems to clients
• Prepare and submit price quotation, negotiate and close business deals
• Ensure collection as per agreed payment terms (including cash collections)
• Prepare sales forecasts & cash flow
• Establish and control distribution network to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare weekly reports and routings that will be submitted to the SM
• Ready to cover 8 counties by working in home office system
• Develop, upgrade all marketing tools, displays and presentations
• Carry out sales technical training
• Coordinate with R&D product development and product upgrades
