    Requirements

    • Previous experience in Software Services selling;
    • Experience in dealing with Customer Experience or IoT & Embedded Software; - is a plus;
    • Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package ;
    • Effective communicator with good communication skills at all levels;
    • Strong negotiating skills and attention to detail so all sales opportunities are explored and capitalized;
    • Able to plan and prioritize workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time;
    • Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
    • Excellent command of English language;

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying business opportunities within new areas and industries to increase the client base;
    • Researching the personal network of companies and individuals to find new business opportunities;
    • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Alten`s services, delivering tailored presentations to potential clients;
    • Being accountable for the technical and commercial proposal, negotiating the proposal and closing the deal;
    • Interviewing and selecting consultants to provide specialized engineering services;
    • Coordinating the consultants hired for specific projects;
    • Managing and maximizing the availability of consultants within projects;
    • Being in charge of the consultants` career evolution (annual review, training);
    • Monitoring projects profitability and client satisfaction.
