What will you do concretely?
• You must know very well all the bank's products;
• Manage customer relations in Social Media / App Stores;
• Answer customer questions addressed in Social Media based on information aligned with the product department
• Provide logistical support and provide input for organizing internal events.
• Prepare materials to inform employees about the company's strategy, projects, achievements, organizational changes and employee involvement in local actions / events;
• Ensures the transparency and visibility of internal communication actions at the level of all structures / departments;
• Identify communication opportunities, topics of interest to employees and prepare information messages;
• Develop internal communication plans for projects / events / actions to be communicated gradually;
