    Our Smart Academy is back this summer, looking for new, enthusiastic, and ready to explore new technologies interns! We’re looking for focused and strong people that are willing to learn interesting things and have good analytical skills, but also know to have fun and enjoy this experience. We’re also looking for freshers, graduates or students (in their final study stages) who are passionate about technology and who are eager to pursue an IT career. What you will be learning:

    • Different  PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall);
    • Getting used to the Agile process and ceremonies;
    • Jira – this will help you through your PM journey, nowadays a lot of companies/clients are using Jira as a Tracking/ticketing tool;
    • Learn to develop a project plan. Organizing the timeline with your team;
    • Knowledge of a wide variety of industries- working with clients. You will never get bored!;
    • Leadership skills – we are sure you are using these skills in your daily activity, you just have to develop them.
    The Project Manager role stands at the base of every project and communicates intensively with clients and different stakeholders. This role allows you to always come with new ideas, improvements for the process, team, project.

    When does it start? => On the 27th of July;
    Where? => we adapt, so it is going to be remotely;
    For how long? => there are about 4 months of continuous learning and growing (July- November), 6h/ day (including practical+ theoretical sessions)
    Who are the trainers? => Our awesome colleagues will be your trainers, teachers, mentors and also your friends. Yes, they can do it all!
    Is it a paid internship? Yes, the paycheck will grow as your knowledge grows.
    After the first month there is going to be the first evaluation and selection, so do your best!
    Along with the project management exposure, you’ll be part of learning processes for communication, self -leadership, planning, time management, agile way of working.
